The Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2026 is now entering one of its most intense stages. After four tough days in the Quarter Finals, the competition has taken a clear turn. Some teams have already secured their place in the semi-finals, while others now face one last chance through the Wildcard round.
A total of 64 teams played in the Quarter Finals. After 24 matches, the standings have decided who moves ahead and who gets eliminated.
What Happened After Quarter Finals
The top 16 teams from the overall points table have directly qualified for the Semi Finals. These teams showed strong consistency and smart gameplay across all matches.
Teams ranked from 17th to 40th are not out yet. They have moved into the Wildcard stage, where they will fight again for a place in the Semi Finals.
Teams ranked between 41st and 64th have been eliminated from the tournament.

In addition to these 24 teams from Quarter Finals, 8 teams from Round 4 standings will also join the Wildcard stage, making the total 32 teams.
Wildcard Format And Schedule
The Wildcard round is designed as a second chance stage, but the pressure is even higher than before.

- Each group will play 12 matches in a round robin format.
- The matches will be played across four days.
Only the top 8 teams from the overall Wildcard standings will move forward to the Semi Finals.
