Player Profile

Talking about Finn Allen, the New Zealand opening batter was in scintillating form in the recently concluded T20 World Cup and gave a good start to his team along with Tim Seifert. Along with that, he also scored runs individually, including a 33-ball record-breaking century against South Africa in the semifinal at Eden Gardens.

The Role

Allen will, in all likeliness opening the batting for KKR with Sunil Narine being the other opener. If the case remains so, then it will mean only one between Seifert and Allen will get to play with only four overseas slots available, and one of them will be a bowler other than Narine.
