Whereas, for Everton, just before the opening goal, they got a little comfortable and later found themselves a step back. The match was clearly dominated by Chelsea.

The top goal scorer of last season, Australian Sam Kerr scored twice for Chelsea at 47’ and 74’ minutes marks. The 2nd goal which just came after HT, was relatively easy for Kerr as Everton’s Megan Finnigan made an error just around the box and the Australian who was at the right place at right time finds the net.

The final goal came in the 79’ mark as this time it was No. 9 Bethany England who scored with just a touch after the ball bounced of top of the goal post, landed in front of Bethany.
