Punjab Kings also decided to part ways with their coach Anil Kumble. Former Indian spinner Anil Kumble won’t be coaching Punjab Kings from next season after they decided to appoint a new one. Punjab Kings’ captain Mayank Agarwal is set to be replaced by someone from the next IPL season as per some reports.
Even though Punjab Kings neglect by issuing a statement on their social media handles that they haven’t thought anything about changing captaincy, but it is believed to be done before the new season of IPL starts. Mayank Agarwal was made captain last season and did a decent job. However the team never finished in the top 4 under Mayank Agarwal’s captaincy.
