Looking straight into the camera, Eric says:

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer addressed the situation on Sunday night after Bailly was left out of the squad that went on to beat Brighton & Hove Albion 2-1 at Old Trafford.

“Unfortunately, he won’t be with us for a little while,” the manager told reporters.

“He’s been away with Ivory Coast and he tested positive with COVID and he’s not back in the country yet.”

It is currently unclear when Bailly will be available for action again, as United looks to build on Sunday’s comeback victory over Brighton at Old Trafford.

The Reds’ next match is a Europa League quarter-final first leg against Granada on Thursday night, which will be followed by an important Premier League outing versus Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend.
