Everyone was expecting a one-sided dominance from Bayern Munich where they would rule the game, scoring a pretty decent ample number of goals, bossing the midfield, and even winning the aerial battles. It turned out as everyone expected.
Critics from Germany have said that this Bayern Munich team won’t be performing under Julian Nagelsmann as they dominated Europe under the attacking trilogy from Hansi Flick. Nagelsmann silenced his haters and critics in the best possible way he can buy an enormous scoreline of 12-0. Bayern won the game only in the first half by putting in five goals in the Bremer net. It would be very much difficult to pick a star from the match, as everyone contributed in equal proportions that led to this immense success. To make it even bolder, Bayern were without the regulars starting 11, as they played an 11 inclusive of the likes of Lewandoski, Muller, Kimmich, etc. The goals were being provided by the likes of Choupo Mouting as he scored a quadruple, Jamal Musiala scored a brace Tillman, Sane, Tolliso all got on the score sheet. There were solo goals from other Bayern players too and to make it even more embarrassing, the match even included an own goal from the Bremer player.
If Bayern continues to play like this with the same old attacking intent, they would possess a very serious problem in the Bundesliga and also in the Champions League.
