India vs Singapore: Singapore is set to host the Indian national football team  in the AFC Asian Cup 2027 Qualifier final round Group C match at the National Stadium.

India’s qualification hopes got a major setback after the Blue Tigers managed to clinch just a solitary point in the first two games.

This will be India’s third game of the campaign on 9th October 2025 at 17:00 hrs IST.

Sunil Chhetri has returned to the the Indian football team which are yet to score a single goal in the qualifier campaign. They are placed at the bottom of the table alongside Bangladesh and are coming after a 1-0 defeat to Hong Kong.

Singapore, on the other hand, have done pretty well so far.  and as things stand, they could qualify for the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027, unless the other three sides deliver dramatic victories in their next four games. After a goalless draw against Hong Kong, Singapore went on to defeat the Bangla Tigers at an away fixture in Dhaka.

The Fatorda Stadium in Goa will host the Singaporean team for India’s home leg fixture on 14th October 2025 at 19:30 hrs IST.
