WWE Superstar AJ Styles vs Finn Balor Head-to-Head Record

WWE’s two big superstars AJ Styles and Finn Balor have given many memorable matches inside the ring. Both gave such matches in their career which will always be memorable for the fans.

AJ Styles, who was earlier a big name in TNA Wrestling, joined WWE in 2016. His first storyline match was against John Cena. In WWE, he also formed a tag team with Omos and was part of the iconic stable which also included Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson and Mia Yim. AJ Styles has won many titles in WWE including two-time Undisputed WWE Champion, three-time United States Champion, one-time Intercontinental Champion and one-time World Tag Team Champion with Omos. All these achievements make him WWE’s 32nd Triple Crown Champion and 15th Grand Slam Champion.

Finn Balor joined WWE in 2014 and started his journey with the NXT brand. He was called up to the main roster in 2016 and was drafted to Raw, where he made his mark by winning the new WWE Universal Championship at SummerSlam 2016. Today, Balor is part of the Judgment Day stable which also includes Dominik Mysterio, Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, Carlito and JD McDonagh. Balor has also been Intercontinental Champion two times and United States Champion once. He has won the NXT Championship twice and in tag team, he has held the World Tag Team Championship three times, twice with Damian Priest and once with JD McDonagh. He has also won the WWE Tag Team Championship twice with Damian Priest. Balor is also one of WWE’s Grand Slam Champions.

AJ Styles and Finn Balor played their first one-on-one match in the 2017 TLC event in which Finn Balor won. But in the 2022 Survivor Series, AJ Styles took revenge and defeated him. The third time when both of them met in the ring, Finn Balor won again. In the most recent match which took place on Monday Night Raw on 12 May 2025, AJ Styles again defeated Balor and equalized the score.
