Ajax Amsterdam won the Dutch Cup for the twentieth time on Sunday with a 2-1 triumph over Vitesse Arnhem in Rotterdam.

The victory means they still have a shot at winning a domestic double this season.

David Neres turned the match on its head when he scored a goal in the 91st minute of the extra injury time. Ryan Gravenberch opened up the scoring for the day when he netted the ball in the 23rd minute which was soon followed by an equalizer from Vitesse player Lois Openda in the 30th minute.

Jacob Rasmussen (Vitesse) was shown a straight red card against Ajax in 86 minutes for his sliding tackle.

Erik ten Haag’s side have 72 points from 28 games with six to play while PSV Eindhoven and AZ Alkmaar have 61 points
