Saudi Clubs over the last few months have been splashing money like never seen before. Al-Hilal who finished third in Saudi Pro League in the 2022/23 season has made a highly lucrative to French sensation Kylian Mbappe. The Mbappe transfer saga from Paris Saint-Germain has been going on for some time now. It was always expected that PSG’s star player would make a move to the European giants, Real Madrid. Al-Hilal’s offer could change that move which can see Mbappe earning more than 1.2 lakh Rs in just a minute.
Al-Hilal’s Offer
Al-Hilal has offered 259 million pounds to PSG for acquiring the services of the 24-year-old. This transfer fee is already a world record-breaking amount. On top of the transfer fee, Al-Hilal has offered a whopping salary of 604 million pounds. This salary would mean that Mbappe could earn £50.39m a month. £11.49m a week, £1.64m a day. £69,920m an hour. £1,150 a minute, £19 per second. Just to put things in perspective, if we convert his salary to Indian Rupees (INR) (₹), Mbappe would earn ₹ 532.775 crores per month, ₹ 121.484 crores per week, ₹ 17.339 crores per day, ₹ 1.21 lakhs per minute and ₹ 2000 per second.
Mbappe’s salary of 604 million pounds will surpass the salaries of national teammate Karim Benzema and his idol, Cristiano Ronaldo. Benzema at Al-Ittihad earns 172.77 million pounds per year while Ronaldo at Al Nassr earns 177.1 million pounds per year. Saudi is already a hot place but the offers they are making to footballers might just make it the hottest place in the football world.
