Manchester United’s young striker Alejandro Garnacho is likely to sign a new five-year deal with the club. The Premier League side wants to keep the striker in the club and has no intention to sell him this season. Man United rate Garnacho very highly. There is a rumour about him going around that the Argentine striker is wanted by the Serie A side Juventus.
According to Italian football journalist, Fabrizio Romano, the talks between Garnacho and Manchester United regarding a new contract is going on and it is believed that the player is happy to sign a new five-year deal with the Premier League club. Especially after the Dutch manager Erik ten Hag arrived this season, Garnacho is more likely to stay at the club and it is also expected that he’ll be given more chances than last season by Erik ten Hag.
“Manchester United are working on a new deal for the Argentinian talent Alejandro Garnacho. Talks already started to get things done by this year. Man Utd plans to offer a five-year deal as Garnacho is considered a huge talent,” tweeted Fabrizio Romano on Saturday.
