Farhan began his international junior competition in 2017 at age 12. He won his first major junior title at the Korea Junior International U‑13 and continued to succeed in U‑15/U‑19 events. He won tcrowns at Bangladesh Junior U‑19 (2021) and Alpes International U‑19 (2022).
