The 2025 Archery World Cup Finals circuit reaches its grand finale in Nanjing, China, where the world’s top eight archers in each category will battle out in the summit clash.
The categories include Compound Men, Compound Women, Recurve Men, and Recurve Women. The top eight archers have qualified either by winning a World Cup stage or through accumulated ranking points.
The event, now in its 19th edition, is the most exclusive on the World Archery calendar a showdown where only the season’s finest performers compete for glory, ranking points, and top prize.
For India, the Finals carry historic weight. Three of its finest compound archers Jyothi Surekha Vennam, Madhura Dhamangaonkar, and Rishabh Yadav have earned their place among the world’s elite, underlining India’s growing stature in the compound discipline.

India won 14 medals, including three gold, four silver and seven bronze from the four Archery World Cup stages this year. However, Madhura Dhamangaonkar won India’s only individual gold.
Dhamangaonkar confirmed her participation at the Archery World Cup Final in Nanjing by winning the women’s individual compound event at Shanghai.
Meanwhile, Vennam and Yadav, who teamed up to win the compound mixed team event at Auburndale earlier this year, qualified for the individual events at Nanjing through their respective rankings.
Asian Games champion Vennam is currently third in the women’s compound rankings, while Rishabh Yadav is fourth among the men.
India’s only medal at the Archery World Cup Final in Tlaxcala, Mexico, last year was won by Deepika Kumari, who settled for silver in the women’s recurve event.
