Arsenal FC were up against Chelsea FC on Sunday, 24th July in the Florida Cup finals. Arsenal defeated Chelsea by 4-0 in this and won the Florida Cup. It was more like a pre-season game for both the teams. The English Premier League new season (2022/23) will be starting from August 7. Till then, all the teams are playing their pre-season games.
Arsenal forwards really demolished Chelsea FC as they didn’t let them score even a single goal in the whole 90 minutes. Chelsea FC were so poor and they didn’t create much chances in the game. Chelsea had very few shots on Arsenal’s goal.
Arsenal scored their first goal in the 15th minute. New signing Gabriel Jesus scored the first goal of the game. Martin Odegaard scored the second goal and Arsenal lead the game by 2-0 in the half-time. Chelsea wasn’t looking comfortable at all in the game and Arsenal totally dominated over Tuchel’s blues.
The second half also had two goals, Bukayo Saka scored the third in the 66th minute. Sambi Lokonga sealed the game by the fourth and last goal of the game which came in 90+2 minute.
