PSV On The Lookout To Pick-Pocket Arsenal In The Champions League
Arsenal Vs PSV Eindhoven

This match will be the pick of the matches aside the Madrid Derby. Arsenal however more structurally defined and defensively brilliant had the upper edge but since injuries to the whole front line this matchup has taken an interesting turn.

Arsenal are also having a rough patch since the turn of the year as they have lost 4 and drawn 3 out of the potential 14 matches. This form dip has come at the worst time for them as they are almost out of the title race in the Premier League, knocked out by Newcastle in the Carabao Cup and also in the FA Cup by Manchester United.

PSV Eindhoven who are currently 2nd in the Dutch League have had a rollercoaster of a Champions League campaign. In this Campaign, they managed to defeat Liverpool who were spotless until the last matchday. In the Knockout phase play-off, they defeated Juventus over the two legs aggregating a 4-3 scoreline.

Arsenal are without Martinelli, Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Jesus and Kai Havertz , basically the whole attack due to injuries. PSV will look to exploit this and play a counter attacking game. Provided Arsenal have one of the best defence in the whole of Europe, it will also not be easy for PSV to bypass this fortress. This matchup will prove to be a close battle between the two teams and will not be one sided as many are thinking about it.
