Cracking the Asia Cup 2023 Format
The Asia Cup 2023 has reverted to the 50-over format after the T20 edition held in 2022, which was clinched by Sri Lanka after defeating Pakistan in the final. Six teams are vying for glory this time: India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Nepal.

Super Four Stage Unveiled

Match Venues Across Asia
- In Group A, one of the three matches will be held at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Kandy, Sri Lanka. The tournament opener between Pakistan and Nepal took place at the Multan Cricket Stadium.
- In Group B, only the Bangladesh vs. Sri Lanka match was hosted in Kandy, with the remaining two matches taking place at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium.
- During the Super Four stage, except for the first match, all games are taking place at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. The highly anticipated final will also unfold at this same venue.
