Indian Super League runner-up ATK Mohun Bagan has chosen to hold Spanish head coach Antonio Lopez Habas for one more season, it reported on Wednesday.
Habas, the foremost effective coach within the ISL, will enter his 6th season with an Indian club. He won two ISL titles (2014 and 2019-20) with ATK sometime recently its merger with Mohun Bagan final year. The modern understanding will stamp Habas’ affiliation with a Kolkata club for five seasons.
The 63-year-old Spaniard had gone through one season with the now-defunct FC Pune City (2016-2017).
