Atletico Madrid left-back Renan Lodi has suffered a thigh injury, the La Liga table-toppers affirmed on Friday.
The news comes as a blow for Diego Simeone’s side, with five games left to play this season. The club said in articulation that Lodi had been determined to have a muscle injury to the correct thigh following the test.
Media is detailed that the Brazilian would miss this current end of the week’s excursion to Elche.
He would be sensitive for next Saturday’s significant confrontation away at Barcelona.
Atletico is currently leading La Liga with 73 points from 33 games followed by Real Madrid and Barcelona at 71 points each.
