BAN vs PAK- The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced Pakistan’s upcoming tour of Bangladesh. After Bangladesh’s recent white-ball tour of Pakistan, it’s now Pakistan’s turn to visit.
BAN vs PAK – Pakistan Set to Tour Bangladesh for Three-Match T20I Series
The Pakistan national team will travel to Bangladesh next month for a three-match T20I series. They will arrive in Dhaka on July 16, and all three matches will be played at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.
All three T20I matches will be played at the famous Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on July 20, 22, and 24. This series marks Pakistan’s return to international cricket after a short break and gives both teams a good chance to prepare for the upcoming Asia Cup 2025.
Interestingly, this series wasn’t originally part of the ICC Future Tours Programme (FTP). It was arranged after talks between the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) during the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, which took place in Pakistan and the UAE.
Not long ago, Bangladesh visited Pakistan for a three-match T20I series, where they were whitewashed by the home side. That series was also the first assignment for Pakistan’s new white-ball head coach, Mike Hesson.
After their T20I series in Bangladesh, Pakistan will face the West Indies in another white-ball series. The three T20Is are set to be played in the USA on July 31, August 2, and August 3.
Originally, the teams were scheduled to play ODIs in Trinidad on August 8, 10, and 12. However, those may now be changed to T20Is to help both teams prepare for the ICC T20 World Cup 2026.
The PCB and Cricket West Indies (CWI) are discussing the change. If it happens, Pakistan could play over six T20Is in July and August – great preparation ahead of next year’s big tournament.
BAN vs PAK T20I Series Schedule:

Meanwhile, Bangladesh is currently in Sri Lanka for a Test series. The first Test ended in a draw, and the second Test is underway in Galle. After the Tests, both teams will play a three-match ODI series starting on July 2.
