Bayern Munich has beaten Bayer Leverkusen by 2-0 at the Allianz Arena. Eric-Choupo Moting and Kimmich got on the scoresheet for their club. David Alaba played a crucial role in both the goals. In this match Alaba played as a holding midfielder instead of his usual centre-back position. He went forward and broke Leverkusen’s defence quite a few times.

Alaba played a long ball in the penalty box to Muller, who hit it to score but the ball rebounded of the goalkeeper and fell in-front of Chuopo Moting who didn’t hesitate to put the ball back in the net. Around 13 minutes mark Alaba again provided a cross in the box which was deflected by the Leverkusen defender straight to Kimmich’s feet. Kimmich thrashed the ball with power and Bayern was 2-0 up ,in the first 15 minutes.

The away team made 1 good chance around 60 min mark in which Leon Bailey crossed the ball to Karim Bellarabi who hit the crossbar and that was it for Leverkusen. With Lewandowski out with injury, Choupo- Moting is doing a good job for the club. With win over Leverkusen, Bayern is just one win away from winning the league title and there seems no stopping from it.
