Bayern Munich defeated Frankfurt in the first Bundesliga game of the season on Friday night. It was Frankfurt FC’s home ground where Bayern Munich went and demolished them. In the 29th minute, Sadio Mane who joined the club this summer scored his first Bundesliga goal in his debut game. Mane scored an emphatic header to make Bayern lead by 3 goals to nil. Bayern were 5-0 up in the first-half as youngster Musiala also name himself on the scoresheet in the 35th minute along with forward Serge Gnabry who scored in the 43rd minute.
Bayern Munich did concede a goal in the second half when Frankfurt’s Kolo Muani pulled one back in the 64th minute. Bayern sealed the victory in the 83rd minute with Musiala’s second goal of the game.
