BCCI Spin Bowling Coach Job Overview

The BCCI Spin Bowling Coach is accountable for the development of spin bowling talent across all levels and formats, including but not limited to the India Senior Teams (Men & Women), India A, U-23, U-19, U-16, and U-15 teams.
Additionally, the Spin Bowling Coach will interact with players from the state association who are training at the Centre of Excellence. The objective of this position is to aid in the performance of India’s spin bowlers and help develop young talent at all levels of the game.
Key Responsibilities of the BCCI Spin Bowling Coach

– Development and Implementation of Specialist Coaching Programs: The new coach will collaborate with the Head of Cricket within the COE to develop and implement specialist coaching programs for the specific needs of various age groups and formats.
– Observation and Evaluation of Performance: The coach will contribute to closely observing and evaluating the performance of spin bowlers alongside national and state coaches, selectors, performance analysts, and strength and conditioning staff in the development of bespoke high-performance training programs.
– Working in Cooperation with Cricket Professionals: This position will involve working closely with national coaches, selectors, and other staff to ensure a high-quality standard of coaching.
Qualifications and Experience Required for the BCCI Spin Bowling Coach Position

1. Cricket Background: Candidates should have played either as an Indian cricketer or played first-class cricket with 75 first-class matches to their name.
2. Coaching Background: Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of coaching experience in the last 7 years concerning either High Performance Centre, India A, India U-19, India Women, or IPL Team.
