The Semifinals of the BGMI Showdown (BMSD) 2025 will be played from October 4 to 7. A total of 24 teams are set to compete across four days of action. These teams are split into three groups, and only the top eight will directly move into the Grand Finals. The remaining 16 will drop to the Survival Stage, where they will battle for the last eight spots in the finale.
BGMI Showdown Format of the Semifinals
Each squad will play 16 matches during this stage. The top 12 teams from the Upper Bracket and the best 12 from the Quarter Finals have earned their place here. Fans can catch all the matches live on Krafton India Esports’ official YouTube channel.

Teams to Watch Out For
Orangutan topped the Upper Bracket with a powerful performance led by Aaru, making them one of the biggest favorites going forward. True Rippers, under Jelly’s leadership, also showed sharp gameplay in earlier rounds.
Team SouL, led by Nakul, entertained fans with their aggressive playstyle and remain a top fan favorite. K9 Esports, fresh off their BGMS 2025 victory, started strong and will aim to carry that form here. Teams like 8Bit, Cincinnati Kids, FS, Team Aryan, and Likitha also showed solid consistency to reach this stage.
In the Quarter Finals, Nebula Esports dominated and secured first place. Phoenix and GodLike Esports followed closely, proving their strength. Autobotz, Mysterious 4, and Vasista also displayed great gameplay to advance.
Gods Reign had a shaky start in the Quarters but bounced back strongly on the final day to secure seventh place. Meta Ninza and Walters performed well in their closing games. Madkings and Meta Ninza barely held on but still managed to qualify.
