Bowlers Who Have Bowled The Most Overs Since 2020 In Test Cricket

In today’s Test cricket age, with endurance and fitness being as crucial as ever, there is a rare breed of fast bowlers who have shown their worth by regularly performing lengthy, high-intensity spells. The recent India vs England Test series in 2025 reinforced this again, particularly with Mohammed Siraj becoming the newest pacer to be admitted into the prestigious 1000+ overs club.

1. Pat Cummins – 1270.4 Overs

6. Mohammed Siraj – 1069.5 Overs

Adding his name to the 1000-over club in England’s 2025 Test series, Mohammed Siraj has proved himself to be India’s workhorse. His emergence gained momentum during the 2020-21 Border-Gavaskar Trophy and has since gone on with relentless vigor and effect across various continents.

In the recent English series, Siraj spearheaded the attack, bowling more than 175 overs, and was instrumental in helping draw the game 2-2 at The Oval. He is now solidly among the top for most overs bowled in Tests in this period.

7. Stuart Broad – 1025.1 Overs

His last Test in the 2023 Ashes was fairytale stuff, but it’s his extended spells and eagerness to bowl in adversity that saw him included in this rare group.
