Lesnar: The New WWE Champion

Brock Lesnar still had one unfinished business in his illustrious career: competing in the Elimination Chamber. On Saturday in Saudi Arabia, Lesnar addressed the issue and emerged from the contest as the new WWE champion. Bobby Lashley, who entered the fight as champion after defeating Lesnar at the Royal Rumble in January, shared the Chamber alongside AJ Styles, Seth Rollins, Riddle, Austin Theory, and Lesnar. Lashley was removed from the contest due to “concussion regulations” after Rollins power bombed Theory into Lashley’s cell wall, sending him tumbling into the metal frame. Lashley would never truly compete in the match.

Lesnar: What Made Him the Champion

Lesnar made fast work of all the other men in the contest to win the world championship for the tenth time in his career. With Lashley out of the picture, there was no one who had a chance of stopping Lesnar after he broke free from the limitations of his pod. After Reigns defeated Goldberg earlier in the programme to retain his title, Lesnar’s bout with Reigns will now be a title vs. title contest. The biggest promotion in the world is WWE, an American professional wrestling organization with its headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. The organization sponsors a number of championships, and the reigns of those titles are either decided by professional wrestling bouts or given to wrestlers as a consequence of the conclusion of numerous (written) storylines.

Additional Points on the WWE Championship

With a few exceptions, WWE championship presently splits its roster across three brands, where wrestlers only appear once a week. Raw and SmackDown, which together make up the main roster, are the two major brands that WWE promotes. NXT acts as the main roster’s developing brand (though was considered a third main brand from 2019 to 2021).
