The Semifinals of the Chennai Esports Global Championship (CEGC) 2025 BGMI have now finished. The matches ended on November 7, and the competition was strong. After several tough rounds, eight teams have secured their place in the Grand Finals. The remaining 15 teams will get another chance in the Last Chance Qualifier stage.

Gods Reign was the strongest team in the Semifinals. They finished in first place with 152 points and three Chicken Dinners. Their performance stayed consistent across all matches. Vasista Esports, led by Hector, also played with confidence and secured the second position with 149 points and three Chicken Dinners.

Welt Esports took the third place with 146 points. Cincinnati Kids followed in fourth with 139 points. Revenant XSpark, under the leadership of Punk, finished fifth with 138 points and one Chicken Dinner. Blitz Esports stood sixth with 133 points. Team 8Bit ranked seventh with 129 points. NONX Esports took the eighth spot with 128 points.

These eight teams will now compete in the Grand Finals, set to be played offline from November 14 to 16.

Team GodLike missed the direct Grand Finals qualification, finishing ninth with 110 points. The team will now look to improve in the Last Chance Qualifier to secure a final spot. Team Soul, which had shown promise in earlier stages, finished in 16th place with 78 points.

True Rippers, who were runners-up in BMIC 2025, ended in 18th place with 72 points. K9 Esports struggled and stood in the 19th position with 64 points. Why Not Esports, a female BGMI squad, finished in 23rd place with 20 points.
