When Chennai Super Kings bought Cheteshwar Pujara in the IPL auction, everyone praised it but then a question was raised whether Pujara, one of India’s best Test batsmen, would be able to fit into this fast cricket.
Seven years later he was selected for the IPL and the question was bound to arise. Pujara was bought by Chennai for his base price of Rs 50 lakhs. However, now a new video has come and we can guess by seeing it, that Pujara is preparing himself for T20 too. He is practicing big shots in the nets of Chennai Super Kings.
In this video posted on a user’s Twitter page, 33-year-old Pujara is seen playing big aerial shots. First, he plays a deep midwicket shot from fast bowler Deepak Chahar and on the next ball he hits a slog sweep off leg-spinner Karn Sharma.

Pujara is then also seen hitting an aerial hit on long on boundary and flicking the ball on the pad. In the last shot of the video, he is seen playing in the area of extra cover.
