The Blue midfielder has had to get a grip on his performance as he is losing more this season than he has  previously in his entire career. Conor Gallaghar is trying to learn from difficult times with England and West Brom, having it always as winning in Chelsea’s academy.

The 21-year-old midfielder is said to suffer relegation from the Premier League this season. As it is noted, England has played poorly in U21 European Championship in Slovenia, said to have suffered two defeats to Portugal and Switzerland.

“Everyone throughout their careers has a lot tough moments. You experience losing and things like that and you improve. We as young players, no matter what, will get experience from it,” Gallaghar quoted. “I was excited to play in the Premier last season. I’ve loved every minute of it. Hopefully I’ll keep developing and improving. It’s been a tough season for West Brom so far, doing the dirty side of the game, the importance of work off the ball,” he continued.

He feels that the English flight needs to concentrate a lot to perform better in the season.

“Premier League quality will punish you if you switch off, so you need to be concentrated and focused. I know people have other views on players going on loan and I’ve been at three different teams, but it’s three different teams, but it’s three different experience and team with different styles, different managers and players. I’ve learned a lot already in two years. Hopefully, I can continue to learn as a player,” the 21-year-old midfielder stated.

Chelsea regarded Conor highly and he remains one of the frontrunners to get back from the loan group and move into Thomas Tuchel’s squad next season.

Gallaghar has just made one substitute for England at U21 European Championship but is now expected to be starting the final group match on Wednesday.
