Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo wants to leave Manchester United this summer as per Sky Sports reports. On Saturday, 2nd July Sky Sports reported that Manchester United striker Ronaldo is looking other clubs as he doesn’t want to stay at the club. The Portuguese striker left Juventus last summer and joined back the Premier League side (Manchester United).
A few days back Italian football journalist Fabrizio Romano reported that Ronaldo wants to stay at the club and wants to see the club back to glory again. But there were reports that he doesn’t think that United are doing much in transfer window and cannot be at the top again with this mentality.
Manchester United finished 6th in the Premier League points table last season (2021/22) and they will not play the UEFA Champions League next season. This could be one of the main reasons that Ronaldo doesn’t want to stay at the club. If Ronaldo stays at Manchester United this season then it will be the first time that he will be playing in the UEFA Europa League. However, it is still unclear whether he will leave or not.
