Indian cricket team captain Rohit Sharma is playing his 127th T20I match. Indian team is up against England in the second T20I at Edgbaston. This is Rohit Sharma’s 127th, which is most by any player in the T20I history. No other player has played more T20I games than Indian skipper Rohit Sharma.

Rohit Sharma overtook Australian women’s cricket team batter Ellyse Perry and New Zealand women’s cricket team batter Suzie Bates who have played 126 T20I games so far. In the top 7 list of the players with most T20Is played, there are only two men. One is Indian skipper Rohit Sharma and the other one is Pakistani batter Shoaib Malik.

Indian women’s cricketer named Harmanpreet Kaur is also in this list of the players with most T20Is with 124* games so far. Rohit Sharma is currently playing in the second T20I and he has got out on 31 runs. Despite scoring 31 runs, his approach was amazing. Rohit hit 3 boundaries and 2 sixes in his short inning in this 2nd T20I against England. Later, he was dismissed by the England debutant Richard Gleeson.
