F1 returns after a month break for the Dutch Grand Prix

The break is over as Formula 1 returns to Circuit Zandvoort in the Netherlands. Max Verstappen the leader of the drivers standings will be the favourite to win at home track. Verstappen has accumulated more than 95% of the victory votes on F1 Play. Only Sergio Perez, Lewis Hamilton and Ferarri’s Charles Le Clerc have been able to get more than 1% of the votes. In this article, we will look at important stats of the Dutch Grand Prix, drivers’s standings and team standings.

Driver’s Standings

On the driver rankings front, there is no real competition for the pole position. Redbull’s Verstappen has been clear of other drivers on the grid with 10 wins and 12 podium finishes in 12 races. He is the favourite to win yet another race at Circuit Zandvoort. Verstappen is followed by teammate Perez while the 3rd and 4th positions are occupied by Aston Martin’s Fernando Alonso and Hamilton respectively. The two are separated by just one point after 12 races.

Redbull is clear at the team courtesy of their two drivers leading the drivers’ standings. Redbull has more than double the points that Mercedes at second position has. They have more podium finishes than all the other teams combined on the grid have.
