The new update of PUBG Mobile 3.9 will provide lots of new adventures, better gameplay, and collaboration with the Transformers brand. The update will also be released in the 1st week of July, 2025. This year, the update will change the way we play with oodles of new motor vehicles, theme areas, and improved mechanics!
Below are the major features of the PUBG Mobile 3.9 Version
Transformers Collaboration and Theme Mode: The most salient aspect is the collaboration with the legendary Transformers franchise. The Erangel map will be entirely overhauled with a Transformers theme, and the Autobot/Decepticon war will come alive.
Players will be able to transform into mighty vehicles such as trucks, tanks, and sci-fi vehicles, similar to how characters like Optimus Prime and Bumblebee can do so.
Neon Outpost: This futuristic remake of the traditional Erangel map will host three unique new areas:
Boxing Ring: Contains a timed core crate on the building’s second floor, which will need to be opened by players against a countdown.
Black Market: Has an “interstellar burger” vending machine that dispenses as a special consumable item that will probably give a temporary buff.
Energy Hub: Fenced in by small robots that players can hop on, introducing a lighthearted twist to battle.
Astro Den: Linked to the Neon Outpost, these battle arenas impose melee-only battles with no ammunition, involving fists and knives. Players are respawned back onto the Neon Outpost if their squad is wiped out inside, so they can keep playing until a timer reaches zero, with rewards for surviving units.
New Cyberpunk-Focused Vehicles
Mega Truck: A four-person vehicle that can take a lot of damage, repairable through team engagement during combat.
Electromagnetic Tank: Seats four players and has charged rounds for heavy firepower.
Hoverboard: A new vehicle that players can stand on and surf the map.
Gameplay Improvements: The update will introduce improved gameplay mechanics, improved visuals and audio, as well as performance optimization, especially for low-end hardware.
The beta 3.9 version is currently available for Android users, with iOS to come later, so any registered users can help test these features, call out bugs, and help us finalize the last build before we globally release it.
