The FIH Men’s Pro League 2025–26 Hobart leg is scheduled from February 20-25 as the focus now shifts to Australia. The event will take place at the Tasmania Hockey Centre in Australia.
After a disappointing leg in Rourkela despite home advantage, the Indian hockey team will look to bounce back and show intent. The Men In Blue endured one of their worst phases in home ground as they lost 11 in 12 matches.
Team India will now look to grab the opportunity Down Under as they take on Spain and host Australia.
Speaking ahead of the crucial Hobart leg, Hardik Singh said, “It is a tremendous honour to lead the national team in a prestigious tournament like the Pro League. While we will certainly miss Harmanpreet’s presence on the pitch, his absence provides a valuable opportunity for the rest of the group to step up and take charge. As a team, we have reviewed our recent matches, learned our lessons, and are entering Hobart with a highly positive and aggressive mindset.”
