Throughout the course of his career, he received equal recognition for his accomplishments, winning the World Cup, the Champions League, and the Ballon d’Or. He headed 144 of the more than 1000 goals he scored in his career for club and country.
Cristiano Ronaldo (145 goals)
Cristiano Ronaldo tops the record of headed goals scored in football history, as he does with most things. On the list, he is by far the only player still playing; the rest had all retired before he started his career. Among many other accolades, Ronaldo has won three Premier League crowns, two La Liga titles, five Champions League titles and three Club World cups. With almost 200 international appearances, the Portuguese great holds the record for most goals scored in both Champions League and international football history. Between his five clubs and the national team, Ronaldo has 145 head goals. And the number is probably going to rise as long as he continues to play.
