India is facing the second deadly wave of COVID-19. This wave is proving to be catastrophic for India. In this many cricketers have expressed their concerns regarding India’s prevailing situation. Following this thread Wasim Jaffer, Former Indian Cricketer and Punjab’s present-day coach expressed his concern regarding the same.

We are fortunate to be doing our job in a safe bubble, but it breaks my heart to see what is happening outside. Lots of prayers for everyone and huge respect to every frontline warrior from doctors to nurses, ambulance drivers, policemen, bankers, everyone. You all are God sent

Previously many other cricketers, namely Ashwin and Raina, and many more have expressed their concern regarding the present deadly situation in India because of COVID-19.
