Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale is all set to leave the club after being there for 9 years. On Wednesday, 1st June Fabrizio Romano reported that Gareth Bale will be leaving Real Madrid after they won their 14th Champions League title last week. It was an amazing journey for the forward as he was signed by the Spanish club 9 years ago from the Premier League club named Tottenham Hotspur.
Gareth Bale on Wednesday shares a letter to Real Madrid fans. It was a thank you message from the forward as he officially announced that he’s leaving the club in this summer transfer window. He shares this thank you letter via his official Twitter handle. He also shared a picture of himself with a Champions League trophy which Real Madrid won in the year 2018.
Real Madrid won against Liverpool in the finals of the 2018 Champions League where Gareth Bale was named ‘man of the match.’ He scored a brace against the Premier League club (Liverpool) and Real Madrid won 3-1 in the finals.
“I write this message to say thank you to all my teammates, past and present, my managers, the backroom staff and to the fans that supported me,” Gareth Bale shared in a letter via his Twitter handle.
