Gareth Southgate has named his final 26-man England squad for this summer’s European Championships and sensationally included Trent Alexander-Arnold.

The Three Lions boss opted to name a provisional 33-man squad last week due to a large number of players competing in the Champions League and Europa League finals.

But Tuesday afternoon has seen Southgate name his squad and there is no place for seven unlucky individuals.

The seven players to miss out are Aaron Ramsdale, Ben Godfrey, Ben White, James Ward-Prowse, Jesse Lingard, Ollie Watkins and Mason Greenwood, who has withdrawn at the request of Manchester United.

Harry Maguire and Jordan Henderson make it despite injury concerns, with both players missing key fixtures for Manchester United and Liverpool respectively.

17-year-old Jude Bellingham makes it in as do Phil Foden and Mason Mount, who squared off in the Champions League final on Saturday evening.

Check out the entire squad in full below:

Goalkeepers: Dean Henderson, Sam Johnstone, Jordan Pickford

Defenders: Trent Alexander-Arnold, Ben Chilwell, Conor Coady, Reece James, Harry Maguire, Tyrone Mings, Luke Shaw, John Stones, Kieran Trippier, Kyle Walker

Midfielders: Jude Bellingham, Jordan Henderson, Mason Mount, Kalvin Phillips, Declan Rice

Forwards: Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Phil Foden, Jack Grealish, Harry Kane, Marcus Rashford, Bukayo Saka, Jadon Sancho, Raheem Sterling
