The team walked away with a prize of ₹2,00,000 and earned a direct qualification spot in the BMPS 2026, one of the biggest BGMI tournaments of the country. The announcement was made on April 28, bringing Season 2 of the Campus Tour to a close.

This win is a landmark win for the team as well as for college esports in India. “It shows that student players are now competing at a very high level and are ready to get into professional tournaments.”

The Grand Finals brought together 16 college teams from different regions of the country. These teams represented the North, South, East, and West zones, creating a balanced and competitive lineup.

The matches were played completely online over three days, which made this edition unique compared to previous seasons. Teams competed in a total of 18 matches across popular BGMI maps such as Rondo, Erangel, and Miramar.

Several well-known institutions participated in the event, including:

  • IIT Bhubaneswar
  • IIT Madras
  • IIT Guwahati

  • IIIT Delhi

For many students, this tournament was their first experience playing in a professionally organized esports competition. The structured format helped them understand the pressure and discipline required in competitive gaming.

The entire event was streamed live online, allowing fans and students from across the country to watch the action in real time.

Gods Omen Dominated The Competition With Consistent Gameplay
