Cricket analyst and commentator, Harsha Bhogle picked his favorite XI for the Indian tour of Sri Lanka. Apart from the squad flying to London, there will be another segment of the Indian team which will fly to Sri Lanka for a limited-overs series against the hosts.

Harsha shared the XI on Cricbuzz for the One Day International (ODI) series.

1. Dhawan.

2. Shaw.

3. Surya.

4. Sanju.

5. Manish.

6. Hardik.

7. Krunal.

8. Bhuvi.

9. Deepak.

10. Kudkeep.

11. Chahal.

The team is likely to be led by Shikhar Dhawan who can open along with Prithvi Shaw who will be followed by Suryakumar Yadav and Sanju Samson at the No.3 and No.4 respectively. After them, we have Manish Pandey and Hardik Pandya at No.5 and No.6 as finishers respectively. Extending the depth of the batting lineup which means the team would have two all-rounders. They will be later followed by two fast bowlers Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Deepak Chahar who can bat a bit as well. Lastly, the team would have two spin options in the form of Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav.

The team seems to tick all the boxes in terms of both batting and bowling, a lot of depth has been giving to batting. It would be very interesting to see if the teams go with a squad similar to this or will there some interesting changes in the lineup.
