He is not enjoying his time at United as the forward doesn’t feel that the team is going to challenge for the trophies next season. It is also understood that the agent of Cristiano Ronaldo named Jorge Mendes is having communication with some clubs regarding the transfer of the Portuguese to any European club.

Cristiano Ronaldo also wants to play the Champions League as he is the top scorer of the league and United aren’t going to play it next season. Manchester United will play UEFA Europa League next season. United legend Ronaldo has never played in Europa League and thus this could be the reason he wants to leave the side this year.
