In a historic landmark, the first-ever Hockey India Masters Cup is set to get underway from 18 June to 27 June 2025.
The tournament will be held at the Mayor Radhakrishnan hockey stadium in Chennai.
As per the Hockey India regulations, a player must be aged 40 and above to compete in the men’s category and 35 and above in the women’s category.
The event will feature twelve men’s and eight women’s teams. There will be group matches, followed by the knockout stage and the finals of the Hockey India Masters Cup.
Former India players like Pritam Siwach, Sita Mehta, Suman Lata Chumbak, Nishi Chauhan, and Olympians like Sudha Chaudhari and Adam Sinclair will take part at the Hockey India Masters Cup 2025.
