GTA Online is celebrating Christmas with several free rewards, and one of them is a special Red Festive Tree Hat. This item is not available to everyone by default. Players must meet a simple condition before December 31, 2025, to unlock it.

Steps to Unlock the Red Festive Tree Hat in GTA Online
Step 1: Log in to the Rockstar Games website
First, visit the official website of Rockstar Games.
Click on the account icon in the top-right corner and sign in using your registered email ID and password.
Step 2: Open Account Settings
After logging in, click on your profile icon again.
Select the Account option and then open Account Settings from the menu.
Step 3: Subscribe to the Rockstar Email List
Inside Account Settings, look for the Email section.
Here, you will see an option to join the Rockstar Games email or propaganda list.
Turn this option on and save your changes. Once done, you can close the browser.
Step 4: Launch GTA Online
Now open GTA Online on your console or PC and enter any online lobby.
If all steps were completed correctly, you will receive an in-game message confirming that the Red Festive Tree Hat has been added to your account.
Important Things to Remember
You must subscribe to the Rockstar email list and log into GTA Online before December 31, 2025.
After this date, the Red Festive Tree Hat will no longer be available, even if you join the email list later.
This is a simple reward, but it is time-limited. Make sure you complete the steps early and enjoy the festive look in Los Santos during the holiday season.
