After getting back in the Italian side Inter Milan, Romelu Lukaku opened up about leaving the club. The Belgian striker feels he made a mistake last year of joining the Premier League side Chelsea and leaving Inter Milan. Italian club Inter Milan signed back Romelu Lukaku on loan this summer from Chelsea.

Romelu Lukaku regained his form in the Italian club (Inter Milan) and he had a very great time playing for the club and playing for Antonio Conte (Inter Milan’s manager then). Belgian striker Romelu also won a Serie A trophy last to last year. He only played for Chelsea for one year and also didn’t get much game time under Thomas Tuchel.

Chelsea signed the striker (Romelu Lukaku) for more than €100 million last summer and sent back to Inter for €5 million loan fee.

“You know, I left, it was a mistake, didn’t I, Nico? What we do in the locker room and on the pitch, the relationships we have with each other, that’s really important. My hugs with Lautaro? I needed some love this morning! It’s also right for people to see that our team is really united,” said Romelu Lukaku according to a report in the Italian media.
