ICE Barcelona 2026 Day 2: ICE Barcelona 2026 delivered another unforgettable day, blending business, entertainment, and big personalities under one roof. With more than 65,000 visitors traveling from 186 countries, the event buzzed with energy as 600 international exhibitors and over 200 industry speakers filled the venue with ideas, innovation, and conversation.

Outside, rain set the tone for packed halls inside. The pavilions quickly became the place to be, as company stands transformed into full-scale attractions, complete with giveaways, hands-on experiences, and exclusive showcases that kept attendees moving from one highlight to the next.

ICE Barcelona 2026 Day 2: When football legends steal the spotlight

Day two truly came alive with the arrival of football royalty. Amusnet celebrated its tenth anniversary in style, unveiling a bold two-story stand covering 1,224 m² and proudly carrying the motto “Winning Together.” The celebration reached its peak when Hristo Stoichkov took center stage for a “Meet & Greet,” signing jerseys and footballs from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. as fans lined up in droves.

Not to be outdone, Digitain raised the excitement even higher by welcoming Alessandro Del Piero and Luís Figo. Attendees had the rare chance to meet the stars face to face and join a live raffle for signed jerseys, a moment that quickly became one of the most talked-about highlights of the entire exhibition.

ICE Barcelona 2026 Day 2: Conversations that matter for the industry

While the show floor buzzed with excitement, the conference rooms were just as busy. The day’s agenda featured practical workshops tackling some of the industry’s most pressing topics.

Cybercrime & Fraud sessions focused on how companies can better prevent and respond to digital threats.
Entry into New Markets explored growth opportunities in emerging regions, with special attention on Brazil and Latin America.
Safer Gambling discussions centered on building responsible, player-focused gaming environments.

Adding weight to these conversations, Alejandro H. Tengco, Chairman of PAGCOR, stressed the importance of cracking down on illegal operators and strengthening regulations that protect players, especially as digital gaming continues to expand at a rapid pace.

Responsibility and sustainability move forward

Responsible gaming took a major step forward at this year’s event. The Safer Gambling Zone SGZ marked its largest edition since 2018, bringing together 27 organizations from ten countries. Its new open layout and prime location between pavilions 4 and 5 made it a natural hub for discussion, innovation, and collaboration around safer gaming practices.

Spain’s Directorate General for the Regulation of Gambling also introduced the Sustainable Gambling Zone, with Mikel Arana attending the launch. He emphasized that safe gambling is a long-term priority in Spain and urged the industry to put players at the center by combining risk prevention, transparent information, and ethical use of technology.

A day that defines the direction ahead

Day two of ICE Barcelona 2026 perfectly captured the direction the gaming industry is heading. Star power and entertainment drew the crowds, while meaningful discussions on regulation, emerging markets, and sustainability shaped the bigger picture. Together, they reinforced ICE Barcelona’s role as the global meeting place where the future of gaming takes shape.
