After the solid start on the one of the fourth test against at the Oval, Day 2 looked even more promising.

Spectators got to see an exciting day one from Virat Kohli and co. As the Indian captain got a half century and completed 23,000 runs in international cricket. Not just then Shardul Thakur’s crucial performance stole the show. Both the players have played beautifully under pressure. Even as England bowlers Chris Woakes and Ollie Robinson were able to get quick wickets. They could easily send the Indian batsman back to the dressing room. This kept the English men pretty much in competition.
