Ind vs Eng: Team India adds Prasidh Krishna to the team for the fourth test

Fast bowler Prasidh Krishna was added to India’s squad for the fourth Test against England at The Oval which begins on Thursday. The India vs England 4th test match begins tomorrow at the Oval. This match is extremely crucial for both teams to break the tie. 

Amidst all the preparation for the fourth Test match, Virat Kohli’s men in blue add stand-by bowler Prasidh Krishna to the Playing XI. 

Ahead of the test match, today India announced their team squad. 

After the team management requested the inclusion of Prasidh Krishna into the squad, the reserve player has been included in the game.

A statement released by the BCCI said, “The All-India Senior Selection Committee – based on the request of the team management – has added fast bowler Prasidh Krishna to India’s squad for the fourth Test,”

Despite the inclusion of all senior bowlers in the squad, Prasidh Krishna sure has a place. Karnataka pacer is in line to make his Test debut on Thursday.

India’s squad for the fourth Test: Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, Mayank Agarwal, Cheteshwar Pujara, Virat Kohli (Captain), Ajinkya Rahane (vice-captain), Hanuma Vihari, Rishabh Pant (wicket-keeper), R. Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja, Axar Patel, Jasprit Bumrah, Ishant Sharma, Mohd. Shami, Md. Siraj, Shardul Thakur, Umesh Yadav, Wriddhiman Saha (wicket-keeper), Abhimanyu Easwaran, Prithvi Shaw, Suryakumar Yadav, Prasidh Krishna

Wishing team India lots of luck ahead of the fourth test. After the series is leveled this one will be an interesting clash! Fans are eagerly waiting for this match. Good wishes pour in for the men in blue for tomorrow!
