Jagadeesan scored century that set the tone for the match. The Indian A team’s innings was anchored on a phenomenal knock by Narayan Jagadeesan, who smashed 104 off just 55 deliveries. His knock consisted of 11 fours and five sixes.

Captain Ayush Badoni replaced Tilak after his dismissal and played an unbeaten knock of 60 runs off just 26 balls. What’s astonishing is that 48 of those runs were scored through boundaries, and that helped India A reach a staggering total of 238 for 3 in 20 overs.

USA opted to use as many as nine different bowlers, but seven of them leaked more than ten runs per over, which clearly indicates the dominance of India A’s batting.

Mayank Yadav And Riyan Parag Produce Contrasting Performances

After almost two years off due to injury, fast bowler Mayank Yadav had a rough welcome back to professional cricket. He had no wickets and 37 runs in 3 overs (only bowling 3 overs as he was taken off after 3 due to his performance).

All-rounder Riyan Parag, who was recovering from a shoulder niggle, had a low-key match. He scored 2 not out and gave away 14 runs in the only over he bowled.
