The World Cup winning U-19 Indian squad wil be felicitated by the BCCI on its arrival in Ahmedabad. After their win over England on Saturday, the Indian contingent called on the Indian High Commissioner to Guyana.
The senior Indian team is also in Ahmedabad playing three ODIs against the West Indies.
“It has been a hectic schedule for the boys who have little time to rest. They will get some rest after they land in India,” said A BCCI official.
The captain of the U-19 Indian team was Yash Dhull who is from Delhi and the support staff was headed by Hrishikesh Kanitkar.
