Chennai Super Kings are off to a dream start as both of their openers continued to remain unbeaten after their 10 overs of the innings. Ruturaj Gaikwad has completed his half-century whereas Faf Du Plessis is 4 runs short of it, and CSK is currently at a commanding position at 98/0 after 11 overs.
The opening duo added 54 runs in the powerplay and has set up the most successful opening partnership for CSK so far. They haven’t allowed the KKR bowlers to take root in this match at all. Both the players played with a positive approach and did not panic for even a moment. This start has set the base for a huge total for CSK and put optimum pressure on KKR batsmen.
