Amit Mishra made his presence noticeable in the thirteenth encounter of the Indian Premier League 2021 as Delhi Capitals brought an end to their five match winless streak against Mumbai Indians with a six wicket on April 20, Tuesday.

Mishra managed to spin the match so that the Mumbai Indians lost to the paltry total of 139/9 in their encounter, DC vs MI, in the ongoing tournament. The veteran spinner took a four wicket haul and made the opponents lose on a tame note.

In reply, DC chased down the 138-run target without breaking much as Shikhar Dhawan continued his incredible performance with the bat. He scored 45 off 42 balls before being dismissed by Rahul Chahar in the fifteenth over.

Lalit Yadav and Shimron Hetmyer ten took over the line in the final over as Delhi Capitals managed to defeat the opposition team. DC have now won three out of their first four encounters this season. They are now at the second position in the points table of IPL 2021.
